- Analyse usage trends, maintenance schedules, and demand data to forecast inventory needs.
- Turn complex data into clear insights and dashboards that support smart procurement decisions.
- Monitor inventory health through classification, turnover, and replenishment analysis.
- Partner with planning, procurement, logistics, and operations to align strategies with business goals.
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and recommend corrective actions to optimise performance.
- Champion safety, security, and compliance in all inventory management activities.
- Strong background in inventory control, demand forecasting, and procurement processes.
- Advanced data skills, with proficiency in Excel (pivots, formulas, VBA) and visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Proven ability to identify trends, optimise inventory strategies, and deliver actionable insights.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical, problem-solving, and lateral thinking skills.
- Collaborative team player who can also work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in aviation, logistics, or manufacturing, with knowledge of aviation systems an advantage.
