We deliver world-class performance and have operational bases in Brisbane, Rockhampton, Townsville, Cairns, Darwin, Perth and Adelaide.What's the role on offer?We're looking for an Inventory Analyst to join us on a 12-month max term contract at our Brisbane Head Office. In this role, you’ll optimise stock levels, streamline replenishment strategies, and deliver insights that enhance inventory performance across procurement, stores, and logistics. Working closely with key operational teams, you’ll use your analytical expertise to forecast demand, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives that keep our fleet flying safely and efficiently.
  • Analyse usage trends, maintenance schedules, and demand data to forecast inventory needs.
  • Turn complex data into clear insights and dashboards that support smart procurement decisions.
  • Monitor inventory health through classification, turnover, and replenishment analysis.
  • Partner with planning, procurement, logistics, and operations to align strategies with business goals.
  • Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and recommend corrective actions to optimise performance.
  • Champion safety, security, and compliance in all inventory management activities.

  • Strong background in inventory control, demand forecasting, and procurement processes.
  • Advanced data skills, with proficiency in Excel (pivots, formulas, VBA) and visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proven ability to identify trends, optimise inventory strategies, and deliver actionable insights.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical, problem-solving, and lateral thinking skills.
  • Collaborative team player who can also work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in aviation, logistics, or manufacturing, with knowledge of aviation systems an advantage.
