Join a dynamic organisation in the culture and recreation sector as a Learning & Development Coordinator. This part-time contract role offers a great opportunity to contribute to impactful L&D initiatives within a supportive and collaborative People & Culture team.
  • 4-month contract with strong potential for extension – exciting ongoing projects

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Provide administrative support across L&D programs
  • Update and maintain learning modules using ELMO
  • Track compliance and support reporting tasks
  • Manage the learning inbox and coordinate learning logistics
  • Process payments and handle invoice queries
  • Assist with internal L&D communications
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across L&D functions
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in L&D administration or coordination
  • Experience with HR21 / iChris, Masterclass, Power BI and Concur would be preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and change
  • A proactive attitude, strong ethics, and team-focused mindset
