
Learning and Development Coordinator

- 4-month contract with strong potential for extension – exciting ongoing projects
- Part-time hours (3 days a week) with hybrid structure and work-life balance

- Provide administrative support across L&D programs
- Update and maintain learning modules using ELMO
- Track compliance and support reporting tasks
- Manage the learning inbox and coordinate learning logistics
- Process payments and handle invoice queries
- Assist with internal L&D communications
- Contribute to continuous improvement across L&D functions
- Experience in L&D administration or coordination
- Experience with HR21 / iChris, Masterclass, Power BI and Concur would be preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and change
- A proactive attitude, strong ethics, and team-focused mindset
