- Lead and manage People & Culture projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget and quality standards
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, establish effective communication channels and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project & annual cycles
- Provide advisory support and coaching to managers to manage employee relations and industrial relations matters
- Support the execution of cyclical events such as performance, remuneration and talent cycles
- Contribute to the scoping, planning and delivery of business improvement projects and people engagement initiatives
- Tertiary Qualification in HR, Business Management, or a related discipline (desirable)
- Delivery of HR projects and annual cycle events
- Knowledge of Fair Work Act, relevant awards, enterprise agreements and other employment legislation
- Intermediate ability with Microsoft Office Suite, document preparation and HRIS/payroll, Learning Management and Recruitment Software
- Experience in facilitating training is desirable
