- Identify and generate new business opportunities within target industries (IT, consulting, banking, government, etc.).
- Proactively make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of potential clients for recruitment services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Meet with clients (virtually and in-person) to understand workforce needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
- Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts and successful service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.
- Represent Zone IT Solutions professionally at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a growth mindset.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, workforce solutions, or IT consulting will be highly regarded.
- Strong organizational and research skills to identify opportunities and build a pipeline.
