Are you ready to take your career to the next level in the insurance industry?We are seeking a dedicated, and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our global insurance company.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about providing operational support to their reinsurance teams.Your Role:Your role as the Operations Analyst will provide technical support within the Reinsurance Operations team, with a focus on claims reinsurance recovery processes.You will play a crucial role in supporting coordination between teams and maintaining and enhancing reinsurance processes.Your Responsibilities:

You will support the end-to-end reinsurance claims recovery process
You will acquire and maintain knowledge and understanding of the claims recovery tasks and workflow, including reporting and systems processing knowledge
You will maintain process documentation related to reinsurance recoveries
You will participate in UAT and training initiatives
You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reinsurance operations efficiency and controls

Your Desired Skills and Experience:

Education/Qualifications in Finance, Business, Insurance, or a related field
Experience in reinsurance operations, insurance claims processing, or related
Expertise in insurance/reinsurance systems
Experience working in claims recovery or related insurance claim's function
Skill across MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
