THE OPPORTUNITYBecome a part of our internal sales team, and located at our Canning Vale office, you will provide an exceptional level of customer engagement and service on both telephone and email, processing orders and collaborating with our external, supercharged sales teams!RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting the Internal Sales Team by coordinating incoming sales orders
Processing and entering orders & developing product knowledge
Providing exceptional customer service with Trade customers
Liaison with manufacturing and logistics teams, as well as field trade sales team members
Undertaking administrative duties to assist internal and external sales team
Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
The ability to work under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines
Passionate about creating brand loyalty and customer relationships
An eye for detail and order entry
A high level of professional drive and motivation
A stable track record in phone or face to face customer service and/or sales
A willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
A fantastic team player!
Experience gained within building products/materials will be an advantage
