In collaboration with the ED Nurse Educator and the departmental Clinical Nurse Manager, the Staff Development Nurse is responsible for the ongoing assessment of the knowledge and skills of nursing staff in the ED; the planning and implementation of specific education and training programs and the provision of support for new staff, including orientation and preceptorship.About Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH): is Western Australia's specialist paediatric hospital and trauma centre, with 298 beds.
