Our dedicated Allied Health Team supports consumers in Berwick, Narre Warren, Cranbourne and Warragul.Berwick, Narre Warren, Cranbourne and the surrounding suburbs make up the City of Casey are considered great areas for families in Victoria, offering a mix of amenities and a good quality of life.
Berwick is known for its strong community, tree-lined streets, and heritage architecture, making it a nurturing environment for families. Narre Warren, on the other hand, is a bustling suburb with a growing population and is a part of a major growth corridor in southeast Melbourne. Our Allied Health Team consists of Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology and Early Intervention Key Worker Services
We provide individualised services to children and youth aged 0 -12 years who need support to reach key developmental milestones or have additional needs. Our Allied Health team is made up of full time, part time, senior and graduate employees.

We have both part time and full time roles available, to ensure work life balance and enable a culture of flexibility and support.As Windermere is a not-for-profit organisation, employees are able to claim everyday living expenses up to $15,900 against their annual Pre-Tax Salary. See example below and note this depends on the individual salary and circumstances.Example: Anita's fortnightly take-home salary was $2,784 without salary packaging however, once she maximised salary packaging (claiming rent and utilities of $15,900 per annum) she increased this to $2,974. This resulted in an additional $190 per fortnight in her take-home salary.Desired Skills and ExperienceKey Selection Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Psychology or Speech Pathology
- Current professional registration with AHPRA or Speech Pathology Australia
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing, supervising and leading staff
- Minimum 5 years' discipline specific clinical experience, with sound theoretical knowledge in paediatric practice 0-12
- Demonstrated knowledge of typical development and common conditions such as autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy and developmental delay
- Knowledge and skills in the assessment, implementation and evaluation of plans and services for children & families
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as work independently, including office based or remote off-site locations
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage use of time to meet service KPIs and provide a consumer-focused, high-quality and responsive service
- Demonstrated knowledge in the prescription of assistive technology
- Competence in the use of ICT to support with service delivery, such as telehealth.
- Willingness to promote and support practices that are inclusive, culturally responsive, safe and accessible.
- Willingness to undertake relevant pre-employment screening and checks - including NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, Pre-Employment Medical and Working with Children Check.
- Current Victorian Drivers' Licence.
- Right to Work in Australia e.g. Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
