
Fleet & Facilities Business Partner

- Optimal delivery of facilities, workplace services and fleet operations with internal and external service providers ensuring WHS requirements are met to deliver outcomes in line with the service partnership agreement.
- Partner with Directors and teams responsible for providing workplace services in agile and non-agile environments, with an emphasis on maintenance and compliance to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholder groups and ensure alignment with contractual agreements as requested by the company.
- Ensure all fleet registrations are current and up-to-date current across allocated dnata Australia business streams.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation and identify and implement strategies to ensure property, facilities and fleet outcomes are stakeholder focused and service delivery meets current and future requirements.
- Develop, monitor and report on budgets, costing and allocations, identify value for money projects and services, complete budget submissions and make recommendations to support executive level decision making.
- Liaise with building and maintenance contractors regarding building issues and with internal staff regarding unscheduled requirements or changes to maintain a safe, clean work environment.
- Provide quality metrics and reporting on critical business issues, including developing and reviewing variations to relevant client services.
- Updating senior management regarding business issues, demands and operational requirements, ensuring subsequent decisions are implemented.
- Ensure compliance with OH & S Regulations, Company OH & S Policies and Environmental Protection to ensure safety of other employees; taking corrective action where required.
- Hold well-developed communication in written, oral and negotiation skills.

- Demonstrate leadership experience and an ability to drive a customer and safety focus culture within the team.
- Previous experience in a highly controlled and regulated industry with the ability to lead, translate, implement and manage ongoing compliance, industry standards and legislative requirements into standard operations.
- Understanding the financial and budget process and ability to drive culture change and business improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to all company safety, policy, procedures and processes.
- Ability to work within a team, sharing information and providing support to ensure there is a coordinated approach to the customer requirements during aircraft operation.
- Be a proactive self-starter, able to successfully manage multiple issues and effectively resolving them.
- Ability to follow instructions as directed by management.
- Willing to travel to any dnata Airports as required
