With a strong reputation and a vibrant culture, this is an exciting time to join the team.The RoleReporting into the Finance Manager, the Finance Business Partner will play a critical role in providing commercial and financial support to business leaders. You'll partner closely with key stakeholders to influence decision-making, drive efficiencies, and support the delivery of strategic initiatives across the organisation.Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor to operational and commercial leaders across the business.
Deliver accurate management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support growth and cost efficiency.
Prepare business cases and financial models to inform strategic decisions.
Support the development and monitoring of KPIs.
Ensure financial governance, compliance, and reporting standards are met.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and promote a culture of financial accountability.

Your Skills & Experience

CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent), with proven experience in a finance business partnering role.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders.
Advanced analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
Experience or interest in events, media, or entertainment industries will be highly regarded.
