What we need from you:PeopleSoft Developer - Essential Skills:
  • 5+ years' experience with PeopleSoft HCM development
  • Strong knowledge of Core HR processes and technical design
  • Hands-on skills in SQR, Application Engine, Integration Broker, BI Publisher
  • Experience with Fluid Pages, Tiles, File Layouts, Records, and Portal Registration
PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant (Global Payroll) - Essential Skills:
  • 10+ years' PeopleSoft HCM experience with a strong Global Payroll (Australia) focus
  • Strong understanding of HR lifecycle, payroll processing, and compliance
  • Experience in ESS, MSS, TAM, Candidate Gateway, Absence Management, Time & Labor
  • Proven experience preparing functional designs, configuration documents, and test cases
Ideal Experience (both roles):
  • Latest PeopleTools exposure
  • Experience working in large, complex organisations or government
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills

You'll work on critical system updates, new integrations, and provide valuable support to stakeholders across the business, with a view to long-term system uplift and ongoing transformation.Responsibilities - PeopleSoft Developer
  • Design, develop, and test enhancements and interfaces
  • Develop reports and integrate applications using PeopleTools suite
  • Peer review code and ensure high-quality technical outputs
  • Support and resolve escalated incidents to meet SLAs
Responsibilities - Functional Consultant
  • Gather requirements, prepare functional documentation and perform system configuration
  • Map business requirements to system functionality across Global Payroll and HCM
  • Lead testing and training for new enhancements
  • Ensure payroll compliance and continuous improvement
