- Strong knowledge of Core HR processes and technical design
- Hands-on skills in SQR, Application Engine, Integration Broker, BI Publisher
- Experience with Fluid Pages, Tiles, File Layouts, Records, and Portal Registration
- 10+ years' PeopleSoft HCM experience with a strong Global Payroll (Australia) focus
- Strong understanding of HR lifecycle, payroll processing, and compliance
- Experience in ESS, MSS, TAM, Candidate Gateway, Absence Management, Time & Labor
- Proven experience preparing functional designs, configuration documents, and test cases
- Latest PeopleTools exposure
- Experience working in large, complex organisations or government
- Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Design, develop, and test enhancements and interfaces
- Develop reports and integrate applications using PeopleTools suite
- Peer review code and ensure high-quality technical outputs
- Support and resolve escalated incidents to meet SLAs
- Gather requirements, prepare functional documentation and perform system configuration
- Map business requirements to system functionality across Global Payroll and HCM
- Lead testing and training for new enhancements
- Ensure payroll compliance and continuous improvement
