- Own & evolve our onboarding: Drive our global onboarding program, ensuring every new hire feels connected, inspired, and set up for success from day one.
- Implement impactful learning: Implement a range of learning solutions, masterfully co-ordinating facilitators, learners and technology to create amazing experiences. The main focus is on implementation, but you'll be involved and design and facilitation too, using multiple modalities.
- Drive insights from data: Manage our employee engagement platform, other systems and sources of employee listening data, translating into actionable insights that enhance the employee experience.
- Lead projects: Take ownership of key initiatives from our People & Culture roadmap that align with our business goals.
- Experience: You have some experience coordinating and implementing successful programs in a Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or a similar role, ideally within a SaaS or other fast-paced environment.
- Master of juggling: With strong project management and coordination skills, you thrive on managing multiple initiatives simultaneously without missing a beat.
- Natural collaborator: You build strong, authentic relationships with stakeholders at all levels, turning colleagues into partners and advocates.
- A builder mindset: You are endlessly curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited by the challenge of building what's needed from scratch rather than relying on a playbook. You're comfortable with data and know how to use insights to inform your creative solutions.
- A gift for facilitation: You're a natural in front of a room (virtual or in-person) and can confidently lead engaging onboarding, training, and team development sessions.
- Tech-savvy creator: You're skilled in using modern tools to bring your ideas to life. Experience with AI, Canva, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and engagement survey tools is a huge plus.
