We're on the lookout for a couple of Finance Business Partners who's just as comfortable diving into data as they are partnering with teams across the business. If you're a natural collaborator with a sharp commercial mindset, this could be your next big move.About the RoleReporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, this role is all about connection, insight, and impact. You'll be working side-by-side with leaders from Sales, Product, Marketing, and Supply Chain, helping them make confident decisions through smart, timely financial analysis.From forecasting to pricing, from promotional performance to margin strategy - you'll bring numbers to life and play a key role in shaping business outcomes across a wide range of product categories and channels.Here's what you'll be doing:You'll be the commercial finance partner that connects the dots across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Supply Chain. From forecasting and pricing to performance reporting and senior stakeholder updates, you'll turn data into decisions and drive outcomes across the business.

Provide strategic insights through forecasting, pricing analysis, and margin optimisation
Partner with key teams to support investment decisions and promotional effectiveness
Lead regular reviews and present performance summaries to senior leaders
Deliver commercial reporting and dashboards that track sales, stock, and demand variance
Identify risks, opportunities, and trends across categories, markets, and regions
Align financial outcomes with supply planning through S&OP and S&OE processes

What you'll bring:You're a commercially savvy finance professional with a knack for turning data into insight and action. With experience in business partnering, forecasting, pricing, and performance reporting, you're confident engaging stakeholders and influencing decisions that drive results. You hold a relevant qualification in Finance or Accounting and are CPA or CA qualified. Above all, you're collaborative, curious, and driven to make an impact.
