Develop strong relationships with all customers and stakeholders both face to face and remote. Support the business development managers in completing end contract renewals, process renewals and new contracts. Follow procedure to deliver professional service to all stakeholders. Ensure maximum and balance productivity by effectively scheduling technicians and service appointments. Accountable for monitoring and maintaining proper flow of task. Manage jobs through the utilisation of ERP systems (Salesforce & SAP). Track and monitor daily activity. Answering calls with the emphasis of first call resolution. The ability to work under pressure, high resilience and problem-solving skills. At least 2 years of experience as a service coordinator. Experience with SAP or Oracle would be advantageous. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time accordingly. Excellent communication skills.
