đź•’ Hours: Full time FTE or 4 days per week.Key Details:
- Permanent Full time or 4 days per week position in a boutique, modern office with great benefits and WFH flexibility - only expected in office 1 day per week
- Supportive team, not a stand-alone role – you’ll work closely with finance and People & Culture
- Payroll for 215 staff (Australian experience essential)
- Systems: TechnologyOne is system used but not essential to have experience - experience wanted in MYOB or SAP transfers well
- Payroll runs fortnightly – Monday to Wednesday required on those weeks
- Non-payroll weeks are flexible depending on business needs
- Post-training: may only need to be in office once per fortnight
- 2+ years’ payroll experience (3+ ideal, but strong 2+ is fine)
- Great communication skills, proactive and reliable
- Detail-focused, good with numbers and reporting
- Culture fit is key – someone who works well in a close-knit team
