We're on the lookout for an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Officer to manage the AR function for a high-growth, globally recognised business. You'll be the go-to person for managing domestic and international debtor accounts, streamlining processes, and collaborating with key internal teams to ensure a smooth collections cycle.You'll be joining a dynamic, high-energy team that values collaboration, growth, and bringing out the best in people. It's a place where your voice is heard, your ideas are valued, and your contributions make a real impact.What you'll be doing:Oversee and manage the full Accounts Receivable process, including follow-ups on overdue payments.Handle complex customer queries and work closely with both local and international clients to resolve discrepancies.Generate and maintain AR aging reports and support the broader finance team with cash flow forecasting.Liaise regularly with the Sales team to review outstanding accounts and ensure alignment.Reconcile the AR ledger to maintain accuracy across all accounts and allocations.Assist with month-end closing, audits, and ad hoc finance projects as needed.What we're looking for:Proven experience in a senior-level Accounts Receivable, ideally with exposure to international operations.Strong understanding of AR processes, accounting principles, and reconciliations.Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing accounts.Excellent communication and negotiation skills - you're confident dealing with clients across different regions and time zones.Proactive mindset with the ability to identify process improvements and follow through.Experience with ERP system is a bonusApply now or reach out to Mathilde Makrai at AccountAbility for a confidential conversation.
