Due to growth, they are looking for experienced Home Lending Specialists to join their team.About the roleThis Home Lending Specialist role is a high volume, fast-paced role where you’ll be driving growth.Your main responsibilities will include:

Manage the full end-to-end home lending process for clients
Drive sales and convert leads coming from the bank’s call center, digital marketing and internal referrals
Build strong referral partnerships with internal stakeholders across the Wealth, Business, and Private Bank divisions
Work closely with the in-house credit and settlement teams to ensure quick loan approval and seamless client experience.

Demonstrated skills

Deep knowledge and understanding of the home lending process
Experience working in the home lending industry
Extensive sales experience, whether it’s in home lending or another field
A “hungry for success” attitude and desire to outperform
Ability to work in a high-pace environment and deal with volume.
