- Greet all clients, guests, and staff with warmth and professionalism, ensuring an exceptional front-of-house experience
- Manage incoming phone calls and reception-related queries with courtesy and confidentiality
- Oversee meeting room bookings, video conferencing setup, catering arrangements, and visitor coordination
- Monitor and manage stock levels for office and kitchen supplies
- Support logistics for internal meetings, staff events, and external functions
- Coordinate catering orders and assist with presentation and set-up for in-house meetings
- Assist with building management, emergency procedures, and general equipment maintenance
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front-desk role within a corporate or professional services environment an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, confident manner
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- A proactive and resilient attitude with ability to take initiative and think ahead
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the wider team with a can-do approach
