The primary function of this role is to provide high-quality, front-line representation of Schindler by managing our front office and fielding incoming calls.What's in it for you:

  • 8.30pm - 5pm Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct incoming phone enquiries
  • Reception duties including meeting and greeting of all clients
  • Management of office supplies and requirements
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assisting with ad hoc administration and office support duties
What we are looking for:
  • Proven experience in either Reception, Administration or Customer Service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate MS office skills
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems highly regarded.
  • Dedication to customer service with a friendly and positive manner
  • A high standard of corporate presentation
  • The ability to work autonomously or within a team environment and a strong work ethic
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
