
Customer Service Administrator

You will be based in the office full time, but there is the possibility of some flexibility in hours and the added benefit of 5 weeks annual leave.Typical activities:
- Maintaining communication and service excellence with customers throughout the contract and beverage processing timeframes
- Coordinating with internal teams eg production, logistics, quality
- Producing reports for customers
- Managing purchase orders
- Problem solving and escalating issues to Supply Chain Manager
- Updating various systems including various MS Excel trackers
- Experience in a similar customer-facing supply chain role
- Experience in FMCG, preferably food & beverage
- Strong technology skills, including Excel
- Can work autonomously
- Confident communication skills and demonstrated experience building good customer relationships
- Team player and flexible approach to work
