Closing Date: 2025-09-19 4:00 PMWe are a forward thinking, fast paced organisation looking for effective and experienced administrative professionals to join our teams.ADMINISTRATIVE ROLES – APPOINTMENT POOL – Level 4If you thrive in fast-paced environments and bring experience in administration and customer service, we want to hear from you!We are advertising an appointment pool to fill a number of current vacancies across our multidisciplinary teams and establish a pool of applicants to fill future vacancies that may arise.We are looking for strong communicators, who are proactive, committed and professional to fill roles of executive assistants, senior commission support officers, administration officers, senior committee support officers, project administration support, and other relevant positions across our diverse work areas.Please be aware, some of these positions will be forward-facing customer service focussed with work from home (WFH) arrangements to be on an ad hoc basis to meet business needs.You could be working in any of our divisions including Land Use Management, Land Use Planning, Heritage and Property Services, Office of the Director General, Reform Design and State Assessment, Business and Corporate Services, Strategy and Engagement or other business areas.This is a pool recruitment process for permanent full-time, part-time, and fixed term full-time and part-time opportunities. Suitable applicants will be placed in a Pool from which appointments may be made for similar vacancies for a period of 12 months from the initial date of appointment.The Department is in prime position within the Perth CBD, above the Perth Underground train station, close to the Wellington Street Bus Station and City CAT services.To be successful for Level 4, you need to demonstrate these requirements:
- Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Considerable analytical skills, with experience interpreting and applying legislation.
- Strong research and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to translate information into clear and succinct written recommendations, reports and briefings for the tailored audience.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet multiple deadlines and work with minimum supervision.
- Demonstrated experience in providing effective administrative and/or executive support services.
