- Planning, implementing and measuring Food & Beverage and Conferencing & Events marketing campaigns to drive measurable outcomes including impact on sales and revenue
- Leading campaign implementation across digital (web, social media, eDM), paid, owned and in-venue content channels
- Campaign reporting and analysis including business impacts such as turn over, revenue and sales activities
- Working closely with the Digital Marketing team to build out and deliver the Theatre social media strategy and co-ordination of owned assets such as newsletters and digital screens
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders (marketing, digital, F&B, events, hotel, operations) and external partners (creative agencies) to ensure alignment and execution of campaigns
- Support the Conferencing & Events team by developing the sales pipeline targeting both new and existing clients through lead generation

- End-to-end campaign experience, across digital and traditional channels, including web, social, eDM, print and in-venue marketing

- A balance of creativity and commercial focus, with an eye on how your work drives foot traffic, revenue, and brand value
- The ability to build strong, respectful relationships with internal stakeholders and creative agencies and other external partners
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing role, with a strong background in the hospitality and food & beverage
- Proven ability to manage marketing for multiple brands or venues simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience in planning, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns across owned, digital and traditional channels, including web, social media, eDMs, print, and in-venue activations
- Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and on-brand content for a variety of platforms and audiences
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and business impact (e.g. Foot traffic, bookings, revenue, engagement)
- Hands-on experience with project management and CRM platforms such as Click Up, Monday.com, HubSpot, or Zapier
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong accountability and attention to detail
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications.
