This role is Permanent Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight

As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday).

Lead and implement the food strategy and calendar, working with key stakeholders.
Ensure top-notch customer service for a great food experience.
Maintain high standards in food operations and customer satisfaction.
Build a skilled and competent food team.
Improve the food business by acting on customer feedback.
Help create and execute the business plan, aligning food with store events.
Manage the Swedish Food Market and restaurant.
Working with insights and sales data to drive changes and improvement to shopfloor and operations

Have a passion for food and aim for commercial success with a strategic approach.
Understand business well and can influence and negotiate to make the food section profitable.
Communicate clearly and work well with different stakeholders.
Experience and understanding of operation in fast paced food business.
Manage your time efficiently to complete projects and tasks on schedule.
Have experience with budgets and P&L analysis, understanding gross margin and sales.
Are a strong leader who can implement processes and focus on team growth.
