- Experience in scheduling and rostering environments is essential
- Exposure to allied health or clinical industries is desirable but not essential - you may come from an EN/ENN or Medical Receptionist background
- Sound understanding of administration procedures and general business practices
- Initiative in completing tasks to tight deadlines and the flexibility to handle constantly changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to show empathy with customers and relatives
