Eligibility: Open to EveryoneThe Courts Administration Authority (CAA) is seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources professional to join our motivated, high-performing and collaborative team.The Senior HR Business Partner works with limited direction, exercises judgement and decision making and provides high level and expert consultancy services such a supporting restructures/reforms, consultation processes, change management, misconduct, and performance management.Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the role requires the incumbent to recommend strategies on a diverse range of complex and sensitives matters. This includes the preparation of concise written reports containing sound recommendations to executive and managers regarding aspects of human resource management services which target current and future organisational needs.Role Highlights:
- Work in a committed and supportive HR Business Partnership team within the People and Culture Division.
- Use your HR technical expertise and partnership skills to work on a diverse range of matters within your assigned portfolio.
- Advise on the industrial instruments relevant to CAA employees being the South Australian Public Sector Enterprise Agreement: Salaried 2021 and the SA Public Sector Salaried Employees Interim Award.
- Adelaide CBD location on Gouger Street near the Adelaide Central Market.
- This is a temporary contract of up to 12 months.
- Appointment is under the Courts Administration Act 1993. Terms and Conditions of employment are governed by the Public Sector Act 2009.
- Appointment is dependent upon a current National Police Certificate that the CAA finds satisfactory.
- As a justice agency, the CAA may receive details of spent convictions as part of any Criminal History Screening and use this information in the selection process.
