- This is an asap start contract role until 19th of December
- Located in Adelaide’s northern suburbs
- Drive culture, performance and people initiatives in a complex, dynamic environment
- Work with an established leader in the industry
- Strategic and hands-on HR partnering role
- Be part of a high-performing, supportive and collaborative P&C team
- Partner with senior leaders to drive strategic people initiatives
- Deliver tailored HR solutions aligned to business objectives
- Lead and support change management, org design, and workforce planning
- Coach and support leaders on performance, engagement and development
- Collaborate with specialists in P&C, Finance, Comms and IT to deliver end-to-end HR initiatives
- Ensure compliance with legislation and industrial relations frameworks
- Contribute to national and global P&C programs and projects
- Provide advice on complex employee relations matters
- Champion company values and a high-performance culture
- Proven experience as a senior HR Advisor or P&C Business Partner
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, coaching and problem-solving skills
- Experience in fast-paced, complex environments (defence or similar ideal)
- Sound knowledge of employment law and industrial relations
- Ability to balance strategy with day-to-day delivery
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday (desirable)
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field or demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Australian citizenship
