Senior HR Business Partner

- Provide expert HR advice to executives and managers on performance, change management, job design, employee relations, and workplace investigations.
- Partner with leaders to design solutions for sensitive and complex HR challenges.
- Drive initiatives in organisational development, wellbeing, and workforce planning.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and champion a proactive HR service approach.
- Coach and influence leaders to adopt contemporary and inclusive HR practices.
- Proven experience as a senior-level HR Business Partner or HR Advisor (public sector experience highly regarded).
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, policy, and industrial relations frameworks.
- Expertise in managing sensitive ER/IR matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline (desirable).
✔ ASO6 classification level
✔ Flexible hours – 4 or 5 days per week
✔ 5–6 month contract with potential extension
