As such, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage and deliver their current and upcoming projects across Sydney, NSW.ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Site Manager, you will manage and deliver high-quality commercial new build projects in Sydney alongside a well resourced project team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the project site, its trades, and contractors, ensuring that the project is being delivered within the parameters of excellent WHS, quality, and time management. The role will be supported by a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Foreman, and Leading Hand.DUTIES

On-site construction activity management
Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with WHS legislation
Construction program scheduling
Sub-contractor management

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent highly favorable
Commercial site management experience on projects valued up to $30M is preferred
Strong track record of stability with previous employers
