About Our ClientA respected FMCG brand, our client has a national presence across multiple states. Due to company growth, the team is now looking to strengthen its WA finance function with this new hire.Job DescriptionReporting into the National Team Lead (based on the East Coast), this role will play a pivotal role in helping drive finance operations in WA. Key duties of this role will include:

Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Communicate financial findings to non-financial stakeholders.
Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
Support strategic decision-making through data-driven financial analysis.
Identify, implement and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Monitor and report on key financial metrics to stakeholders.
Product standard costings.
Respond to CAPEX requests.

The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will possess a relevant background working in either a Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner capacity within a commercial environment. Key traits will also include:

CA/CPA Qualified.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and comfort liaising with senior stakeholders.
The ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.
The ability to work in a standalone finance role in WA.
