We offer our customers an array of robust and flexible logistics and warehouse distribution solutions in the third-party logistics (3PL) market.Site Manager – Prestons, N.S.WAbout the Role –Toll Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to lead logistics operations and drive excellence across our warehouse site. This pivotal role is responsible for delivering high-quality logistics services to our customers, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and long-term business growth.Key Responsibilities -
As Site Manager, you will:Lead the delivery of logistics services for all contracted customers.Set performance targets and drive continuous improvement.Manage site profitability and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.Maximise warehouse capacity and utilisation.Foster a positive workplace culture and develop team capability.Ensure compliance with EHS, financial, and operational controls.Analyse site P&L and initiate corrective actions where needed.Champion a safety-first culture and high-performance ethos.Drive succession planning and talent development.What You’ll BringMinimum 5 years’ management experience in transport, logistics, or a related industry.Proven track record in managing large warehouse operations.Qualifications in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or equivalent experience.Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively and influence positive change.Why Join Toll?
