Field Analytics Technical OfficerLocation: Brisbane / Darra, QueenslandContract: 2-month contractRate: $34.65 per hourAbout the Role:We are seeking a Field Analytics Technical Officer for a 2-month contract to support the delivery of analytical field services. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

Programmed and responsive sampling and monitoring for water and wastewater clients.
Maintenance of in-situ monitoring equipment.
Observational monitoring.
Carrying out a specified range of complex tests to verify that specifications are met.
Following mandatory procedures and methods of work to safeguard the environment and personal wellbeing.
Providing quality service to customers, which may include processing cases and resolving customer problems.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Find the most effective ways to respond to routine functional enquiries by following procedures.
Prioritise your own workflow to ensure work is completed to the required standards of productivity, quality, and timeliness.
Contribute to a culture of innovation by generating new ideas.
Carry out standard installation activities under detailed guidance.
Troubleshoot basic technical or operational problems using previously defined solutions.

Education: Certificates in a relevant field such as laboratory or science, a trade qualification, or equivalent experience.
Technical Skills:

Experience analysing data trends for use in reports.
Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems with guidance.
Skilled in optimising work scheduling to achieve performance targets.
Competent in using standard office equipment and software packages.
Knowledge of managing and applying safe systems of work.
