- With direction from the CEO, project manage new and existing judicial education and training programs
- Work with program planning committees to determine program plans, locations, timing and budgets
- Perform the role of secretary for program committees: prepare meeting agendas in consultation with the committee chair, prepare minutes and manage correspondence
- Support the planning committee in identifying,engaging and evaluating presenters
- Facilitate development of session objectives for presenters and programs
- Facilitate development of content and presentation material by presenters (Power Points, rolling fact scenarios, papers for publication)
- Prepare program outline, session plans and participant material
- Prepare and manage program budgets and report on judicial learning outcomes
- Prepare program reports for the Programs Advisory Committee
- Attend programs and manage on-site delivery, supporting presenters and attendees
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Professional approach in dealing with a broad range of stakeholders
- You will have excellent time management and attention to detail skills.
- University degree in a relevant field such as LLB
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial management;
- Proficient computer skills including Salesforce (or equivalent database skills), accounting software (such as Xero), Wordpress, Canva and Office 365; and
- Willing and able to travel nationally for work.
