- Oversee and continuously refine paid advertising across key digital platforms like Facebook/Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and others to maximise visibility, drive conversions, and boost ROI.
- Take full ownership of online retail operations-including brand website, third-party marketplaces, and retail partner integrations-ensuring effective merchandising, pricing strategy, and promotional execution.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to scale digital commerce performance and elevate the customer journey.
- Use performance data and analytics to improve media buying, audience targeting, and optimize conversion paths.
- Support initiatives to enhance site performance and conversion rate in collaboration with web and digital teams.
- Lead the development of platform-specific creative assets for social channels and marketplaces, including enhanced content for online product listings.
- Manage a network of content producers and creative agencies to deliver engaging and brand-consistent visuals and messaging.
- Build and oversee influencer relationships and user-generated content programs to grow brand loyalty and create authentic engagement.
- Monitor cultural movements and evolving digital trends to ensure content remains relevant, timely, and attention-grabbing.
- Design and deliver product trial initiatives, including experiential marketing, sampling campaigns, and brand activation's that support eCommerce goals.
- Work with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless integration of sampling programs within broader marketing efforts.
- Regularly analyse campaign and sales data to uncover insights, inform strategies, and guide future investments.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Creative, eCommerce, and agency teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and alignment of objectives.
- Develop, manage, and track digital investment budgets, ensuring effective spend aligned with KPIs and return on marketing investment.
- Experience overseeing digital commerce and paid media in fast-paced consumer industries .
- Deep knowledge of running successful D2C, retail-integrated, and marketplace eCommerce operations.
- Skilled in managing paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and similar platforms.
- Proven ability to deliver results through influencer programs, content marketing, and community engagement strategies.
- Strong collaborator with experience working across marketing, sales, creative, and external partners.
- Analytical thinker with a performance-first mindset; comfortable interpreting data to guide marketing strategy.
- Capable project manager who can juggle multiple deadlines while staying agile in a test-and-learn environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building trust and influencing across functions.
