
Finance Analyst

- Support with the month end project reporting, to provide objective financial advice and opinions that positively impact the future choices of business units.
- Develop financial models that support the business initiatives and growth costings.
- Support the development of strategies and solutions to help maximise performance, manage risk, respond to issues, and grow the business.
- Partner with different business functions and internal stakeholders, providing financial modelling to assess business strategies.
- Assist in assessing project performance with project managers, understanding drivers for over/under performance.
- Assist the Finance Business Partner in developing standards and guidelines for use within business units (both Finance & Project Management Office related).
- Support in the yearly budgeting process.
- Develop and maintain monthly forecasting processes.
- Undergraduate in Business with a CPA or CA qualification (or working towards that)
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrated post-undergraduate experience
- Demonstrated experience working with computerised accounting software
- Advanced level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office suite of products, in particular Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in data entry and management
- Experience with project management accounting software
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, including written and verbal
