ERP SAP S/4HANA BUSINESS ANALYST - FINANCEWe are re-releasing this opportunity to market, with a refreshed focus. Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong finance knowledge to play a key role in a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program.This role is business-focussed and will require someone who thrives in a changing environment, can work with some ambiguity, and is confident engaging stakeholders to shape outcomes.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and define finance system requirements.
Analyse, document, and streamline business processes with a focus on efficiency and automation.
Work with technical teams on data migration, integration, and testing activities.
Facilitate workshops, impact analysis, and support business readiness activities.
Promote adoption of standard SAP processes across finance functions.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Extensive Business Analyst experience, ideally on large, complex ERP or transformation programs.
Solid understanding of finance processes (GL, actuals, planning, budgeting).
Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide diverse groups.
Comfortable working in evolving landscapes with changing priorities.
Strong documentation, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP BPC is desirable
