- Leading a team of 4 full time technicians and specialists, as well as 5 volunteers
- Support the team in managing client expectations in line with service agreements to ensure the achievement of realistic and meaningful client outcomes
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships to support the development, growth and sustainability of the equipment services team
- Manage the allocation of resources to ensure the achievement of client outcomes and performance targets
- Analyse the cost of delivery for seating solutions and develop cost effective and sustainable plans to reduce costs and ensure financial targets are successfully achieved.
- Ensure team adheres to WHS and QA policies and procedures

- Relevent experience in the warehousing, workshop, logistics or manufacturing environments preferred
