
Change Manager - Cyber Security

- Develop change management plans and seamlessly integrate them into different project delivery methodologies, working closely with Project Managers.
- Engage stakeholders at all organisational levels to drive alignment and effective adoption of change initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver executive reporting on change activities and the impact of programs.
- Lead efforts to automate and optimise the creation of change artefacts and actionable insights for transformation projects.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing between Cyber and cross-functional teams to achieve consistent, scalable transformation.
- 6+ years of senior change or delivery experience in technology projects, ideally with exposure to institutional banking or financial services.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong facilitation and influencing abilities across all organisational levels.
- Proven track record of scaling change across multiple teams and managing operating model transformations.
