
Community Information Centre Coordinator

- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment at the T2D Community Information Centre and serve as the primary contact for all enquiries related to the centre
- Oversee day-to-day centre operations, including supply management, facility upkeep, and coordination with vendors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community members and groups to support engagement and collaboration
- Design, implement, and manage a program of onsite workshops, activations, events and activities, and coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and catering arrangements
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on centre activities and programs usage metrics, and stakeholder feedback to inform continuous improvement
- Supervise T2D mobile information van coordinators, including scheduling and resource allocation
- Manage the Communications and Stakeholder Engagement inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses to enquiries
- Demonstrated success in managing community programs with measurable outcomes
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience engaging diverse communities
- Proven event and venue management experience
- Effective project and organisational skills
- Proficient in office software and customer service
