Manager - Sustainability and Climate Reporting

• Lead sustainability and climate‑related financial reporting projects for clients preparing for mandatory climate disclosure
• Advise across frameworks, assess readiness, guide data transformation and deliver financial risk and opportunity insights
• Manage and mentor teams across engagements and liaise with C‑Suite and Boards
• Shape internal and external sustainability thought leadership and efficient methodologies

• CA or CPA or relevant tertiary qualification
• Sustainability consulting experience within a leading firm
• Strong project management, analytical, presentation and facilitation skills
• Expertise in IFRS S2, TCFD, carbon accounting, climate risk modelling and financial impact analysis
• Proven track record engaging with senior stakeholders and developing junior colleagues
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality outcomes
