This role involves close collaboration with internal and external suppliers, ensuring seamless integration and support for all site based applications and systems.We offer:

About You - What We Are Looking ForSuccessful candidates will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Several years of experience in IT infrastructure management, project planning, and customer service support, preferably within an automated warehouse environment.
Strong technical proficiency in IT infrastructure and network management.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and threat management.
Familiarity with automated warehouse systems such as WMS, AS/RS, and robotics.
Experience with Business Intelligence tools and dashboard development.
