About the roleWe’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Strategy and Delivery Analyst, you’ll work within the Member Strategy and Performance team to develop strategic initiatives and orchestrate cross-functional delivery efforts. You’ll help define measurable outcomes, build business cases, and drive improvements to operating models, all while aligning with ART’s enterprise strategy.Day to day, you'll:
Lead the discovery, design, and development of the MDX strategy in collaboration with the Manager – Strategy and Delivery.
Develop responses to strategic questions using frameworks, data, and insights.
Support business planning by identifying, estimating, prioritising, and sequencing initiatives.
Build business cases that drive investment in member and digital experience.
Define success metrics and benefit profiles for strategic initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement strategy using various delivery approaches.
Guide teams in the adoption of agile frameworks and modern ways of working.
Maintain strategic performance dashboards.
Facilitate strategy and planning workshops and key events.
Present insights and reports to senior stakeholders to support planning and performance management.

You hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
You bring experience from strategy and/or delivery roles in large, complex organisations.
You understand how to influence organisational levers to achieve commercial outcomes.
You’ve worked in or alongside agile teams and know how to apply agile frameworks.
You’re confident in framing and solving problems using structured analytical techniques.
You communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and presentations.
You’re skilled at stakeholder engagement, able to consult widely and drive consensus.
