- Respond to all guest enquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Promote the Sharks Access Loyalty Program, educating members on benefits and assisting with membership applications.
- Complete shift reports summarizing key member interactions, compliance issues, and concerns.
- Identify at-risk patrons, monitor their gaming behaviour, and escalate concerns to management.
- Assist with general inquiries, including point accumulation, redemption, tier status updates, and membership queries.
- Assist in conducting promotions and draws as needed.
- Represent Southport Sharks at functions, events, and promotions when required while upholding compliance standards.
- Current QLD RSA/RSG Certification.
- Current CLO certification
- Current National Police Check.
- Experience in gaming operations, customer relations, or membership/loyalty programs.
- Strong understanding of gaming compliance, responsible gambling programs, and AML-CTF monitoring and reporting requirements.
