- Advising on domestic and international corporate/M&A transactions, including due diligence, drafting, and negotiating acquisition and disposal documents.
- Managing cross-border transactions, joint ventures, and foreign investment regulatory approvals (including FIRB).
- Advising on corporate governance, corporate restructuring, licensing, and general contracting arrangements.
- Collaborating with the Partner and senior lawyers on complex, high-value matters.
- Building strong client relationships with listed companies, insurers, financial institutions, private equity-backed businesses, capital providers, and large private companies.
- Supervising, mentoring, and supporting junior lawyers within the team.
- Minimum 5 years' post-admission experience in corporate & commercial law, ideally within a large national or international firm.
- Demonstrated expertise in M&A transactions, including due diligence, drafting, and negotiating acquisition and disposal documents.
- Experience advising on corporate governance, restructuring, and regulatory approvals (including FIRB).
- Strong technical, analytical, and drafting skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage complex domestic and international corporate matters while building strong client relationships.
- A collaborative, proactive approach with experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
