Employment Type: 12-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $43.82 per hour + Super
Work Model: Hybrid; willing to be onsite for training period.Randstad is seeking an experienced and dedicated Planner to join a collaborative team in Richmond for a 12-month assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about supporting individuals and families to achieve their goals.About the RoleAs a Disability Services Planner, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client records, ensuring high-quality and timely support is delivered. Your primary duties will include:
  • Developing and reviewing comprehensive care plans based on individual needs and goals.
  • Managing and prioritizing a demanding workload to meet key service delivery targets.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed client records using IT and data management systems.
  • Engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders to facilitate positive outcomes.
  • Utilising your conflict resolution skills to manage difficult conversations and complex situations with tact and empathy.
  • Conducting data analysis to inform decisions and contribute to service improvement.
What You'll BringTo be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience in the disability or broader community services sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong IT competency and the ability to work effectively with client record systems and data.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of attention to detail.
