Your Role:

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, while fostering collaboration for continuous learning.
Manage structural engineering projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.
Build and strengthen client relationships, focusing on trust, excellence and long-term partnerships.
Contribute to the further development of internal processes and certified integrated management systems.

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. (RPEV, CPEng preferred)
Significant local experience in structural engineering design, team leadership across a diverse range of industrial and commercial projects.
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance leadership and technical delivery.
Valid Australian Driver’s License.
