
Customer Service Officer

- Complete registering/ filing and archiving documentation while managing order receipt efficiently, prioritising timely order processing and good customer interactions and relationships.
- Support the order-to-cash process with excellence in order processing.
- Act as first-level contact and register and process customer orders in the ERP system received via, electronic mail, phone or other contacts with the customer.
- Obtain adequate customer and product knowledge to find solutions for customer needs (e.g. additional and/or alternative products) and make proposals for the improvement on work processes.
- Permanent Full-Time onsite based role, Monday to Friday - 9am-5.30pm

- You will have previous experience in administration and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Be competent in computer and clerical skills.
- Be customer-focused, team orientated, and flexible with strong attention to detail and communications skills.
- Solid experience with Microsoft suite - Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of SAP Saturn application - would be highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of Paint industry - would also be highly regarded.
