- Logging, tracking, and coordinating jobs using SimPRO job management software
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure prompt and professional service
- Overseeing work orders and ensuring jobs are completed and followed up
- Maintaining service reports, compliance documentation, and technician notes
- Processing and managing quotes, updating job statuses, and closing off completed work
- Generating and analysing operational and financial reports via SimPRO
- Supporting accurate and timely invoicing through MYOB
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
- Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations
