The division’s goal is to deliver optimised customer experiences, services, and products that drive lifelong customer retention, support market growth, contribute to profitability, and strengthen the Toyota brand.The Senior Service Distributor Program Specialist is responsible for overseeing the implementation of Distributor programs within Toyota and providing analytics and reporting to support Quality and Service objectives. This role plays a key part in ensuring project goals, governance, and quality standards are met by delivering detailed status updates and business insights to Toyota Management, Quality and Service teams, and regional staff to track progress and inform decision-making.This role is based in Altona North with flexible work arrangements on offer.How you’ll make an impactPrepare and review agreed monthly reports and schedules to ensure the business receives accurate and timely information that supports effective planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Provide guidance and support to managers in developing new data sets that offer insights into current field conditions and identify opportunities for Kaizen (continuous improvement). Design and implement real-time reporting methods to enable faster decision-making and responsiveness to changes in the business environment.Monitor and analyse Distributor and Service program performance against established plans with Toyota. Coordinate the investigation, escalation, and review of issues to ensure efficient problem resolution and steady progress toward project goals. Where necessary, develop and implement countermeasures to support informed and effective decision-making.Update and maintain reporting systems to ensure the business has access to accurate and timely information that supports effective planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Act as the key contact with respect to project control and monitoring activities.
