Permanent full time - Financial Accountant
Close to public transport | Hybrid
$90,000 - $100,000 + superannuation

The business is now on the lookout for a motivated, analytical, and qualified Financial Accountant who's eager to make an impact and grow alongside a thriving organisation.The PositionIn this role, you'll work together with the Head of Finance. An inspiring and forward-thinking leader who's passionate about mentoring and supporting your professional development. This is more than just a job; it's a chance to play a key role in the company's growth trajectory while taking on a broad range of responsibilities, including (but not limited to):

Month End - Balance Sheet / PnL Reconciliations, Reporting & Analysis
Preparation of month end / management reporting
Preparation of project reporting and forecasting
Assisting with budgeting / forecasting and cashflow reporting
Payroll - supporting monthly payroll including all payroll reporting & compliance
Preparation of GST, GST, FBT, Payroll Taxes, Income Tax
Supporting with all Audit processes
Adhoc tasks as required - involvement with projects, driving systems and process efficiencies

About You

CA Qualified or similar
Experience with Manufacturing / Construction or similar highly desirable
Strong exposure to Australian Tax - reporting and compliance
Experience with WIP / Project Accounting highly desirable
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Excel - demonstrated experience with high volume spreadsheets, reconciliations and reporting
