In the Off Trade we are focused on deepening our partnerships with customers via a focus on collaboration to understand how our brands can support their category strategies to deliver mutual, profitable growth.What does the role entail?The HR Business Partner role forms part of the senior leadership teams for the Commercial businesses across Australia and New Zealand. You are the trusted advisor to your Directors and are accountable for developing and executing the functional people strategy in the business, as well as championing and executing the overall Campari ANZ people strategy.You deliver everything from talent management, leadership development, building high performing leadership teams, driving commercial performance, and building capability. You also leverage the regional Centres of Excellence (CoE) to ensure our People cyclical activities are lead well through your business.You are the voice of your business area into the HR Team to ensure the solutions we develop deliver on business need.Key Responsibilities and ActivitiesBusiness Partnering, coaching and support:
- Works closely with the HR Director and CoE Leads, to connect functional Commercial Strategy with enterprise-wide People priorities, directly providing input and business context into strategic HR initiatives.
- Accountable for the development and delivery of the functional People stream/plan
- Proactively partner with functional leadership teams to identify organizational, talent, culture or engagement opportunities.
- Conduct organizational/issue assessments and develop sound, business-oriented solutions.
- Drive the development and the execution of organizational design needs and the related change management support.
- Partner with Talent COE to build strong talent pipeline for function.
- Partner on employer brand initiatives to deliver warm external pipeline for critical roles.
- Facilitate the planning and lead the execution of the global Talent Management processes (e.g. Annual Performance Review, Talent Review & Succession Planning, Development Planning)
- Contribute and support the enablement of the talent management related programs and processes.
- Lead the delivery of Campari ANZ learning and development initiatives incoordination with Campari University team and regional COE.
- Design, develop and facilitate customised training as needed to support closing capability gaps.
- Ensure a robust curriculum is in place to ensure people managers are well equipped to respond to and/or mitigate employee relations issues and drive strong performance.
- Work with external partners to negotiate the delivery of learning and/or development programs to meet organizational key needs.
- Work with Camparistas and managers to develop customized, individual development plans as needed.
- In partnership with the HRD and Reward COE, support the evolution and day-to-day management of the position and compensation structures.
- Prepare sound new hire/promotion offers consistent with the internal guidelines while fairly valuing the incoming talent considerations.
- Lead workforce planning process in partnership with Finance
- Lead the analysis and action planning of Camparista engagement Survey results in partnership with leadership teams
- Planning and execution of Camparista engagement initiatives to support our vision of creating exceptional Camparista experiences
- Support the compliance of internal HRIS data and ensure data integrity.
- Contribute to the development of process improvement initiatives within HR to drive efficiencies and improve quality of services and deliverables.
- Provide support for escalated ER Cases, which are more complex and require higher levels of HR expertise
- Contribute to the ongoing development and execution of core programs to drive an exceptional experience for our Camparistas Supervisory

- 7-10 years of Human Resources experience with demonstrated experience of successfully partnering at a Director level to drive commercial performance.
- Strong commercial acumen, applying a business lens to everything you do.
- Organisational design and change management experience
- Previous experience of delivering talent and reward initiatives.
- Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles and practices of HR including employment law and compliance requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a face paced matrixed environment
- Ability to balance strategic delivery and HR operations. Someone who is happy to roll their sleeves up and support the team as needed.
- Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues
- Pragmatic, hands on approach with a desire to simplify processes.
